As an avid home cook, I am always working on ways to feed my family healthy and delicious meals. In our house, we eat at least 5 dinners per week together at the table and turn off all the electronics. George and I are firm believers, that a family that eats together, talks together and learns to enjoy conversation and establishes table manners. It's how we were raised and we want to instill that value in our kids. Some nights the meals are quick and easy, other times they are cooked all day.
