If you are just getting started with coupons, reading some sites can be like looking at a foreign language. I'll try and keep things simple on The Coupon Experience, but here are a few terms and abbreviations you will need to learn to stay helpful.
Coupon Types
Blinker = coupons offered in dispensing machines near a product at the shelves
Catalina = coupons printed by a Catalina machine at checkout after purchase
ECB= Extra Care Buck (CVS coupon)
MC = manufacturer coupon
Peelie = coupons offered on the product to peel off for use at time of purchase or later
Printable = internet printable coupons
RR = Register Reward (Walgreens coupon)
SC = coupon offered by a specific store (ie Publix, CVS, Walgreens, Target, etc)
Tearpad = coupons offered next to the product at the shelves
Common Phrases
B1G1 = Buy 1, Get 1 Free
$.50/1 = $.50 off one item
$1/2 = $1.00 off two items
OOP = out of pocket
