Pantry Pictures

I've had many comments about stockpiling and pantry pictures, so I decided to clean and organize and show you what my pantry looks like.  It's not always the most organized, but it works for our family.  the main shelves are our "everyday" items.  Things the kids can reach and I can quickly grab.
As you can see, the pantry is not more than a small closet with shelving.  No custom shelving, no walk-in, no 2 car garage full of product.  Just your basic pantry.

What I do have is the advantage of a tall ceiling in this space.  This is where I store the oversized stockpile items.  Just below it is where I store the jarred stockpile items.  This is really about a 1 or 2 supply, nothing outrageous.  You need to keep in mind your space allotment.

Right now, in the stockpile I have......

4 boxes of wheat thins
1 canister of oatmeal
5 packets of oatmeal
4 bottles of salad dressing
12 boxes of macaroni noodles
2 boxes of brown rice
1 box of white rice
2 packets of jasmine rice
4 bags of chex mix
2 boxe of tollhouse crackers
1 bag of barley
2 cans of Pam cooking spray
14 boxes of cereal
2 jars of pickles
4 cans of diced tomatoes
4 jars of salsa
3 jars of mayo
3 bags of chips

Not in the pantry, but stashed in my laundry room is....

2 12pk toliet paper
1 8pk paper towels
2 20ct garbage bags
4 20ct dishwasher tablets
4 bottles dishwashing soap
1 200ct napkins
3 180ct fabric softener sheets
8 32load bottles laundry detergent

This is by far a "stocked" pantry.  I am still learning.  My goal is to have 6mos worth of supplies.  But at least its a start.
